About Me

Hi, welcome to my page! My name is Rizzy Vasallo. I am a graduate of National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy. I received my diploma in January 2022 with 500 hours of instructional education and more than 130 hours of in-person, hands-on training. As a student I received an externship at Burke Williams Spa in Pasadena which I really enjoyed. 

Prior to attending NHI I was working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the home health and hospice field. I found a deep and meaningful connection to my work and looked for more ways to be able to help bring healing and relief to my patients. In 2018, I became interested in a course for infant massage educator and received my certification in June 2018. Two years later, I deepened my interest and enrolled for the core program at National Holistic Institute.

I have found my work to be purposeful and bring relief to all of my clients. I truly believe that our bodies were created in such a way that we have the capacity to allow complete healing. It is with this belief that I carry into my practice. It is sacred work. And it is my mission to offer my education and training to facilitate this deep healing for all.
